MANILA – It’s official: the highly popular 2007 movie “One More Chance” starring Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz is getting a sequel.
On Monday, Star Cinema released the teaser trailer for what it simply called the “‘One More Chance’ sequel,” saying that the movie will be released “soon in cinemas nationwide.”
The four-minute clip starts with lead characters Popoy (Cruz) and Basha (Alonzo) being asked about their life as a married couple. Popoy said he enjoys it, while Basha only responded with a smile.
The teaser then shows Popoy and Basha at home arguing, with Popoy questioning if they made the right decision of getting back together.
The familiar background music in the original “One More Chance” movie – “I’ll Never Go” by Erik Santos – then starts playing as Popoy and Basha slowly realize their mistakes and call a truce.
