Artists, celebrities, influencers energize Aquino’s campaign kickoff

Various artists, celebrities and online influencers added color and energy to the People’s Campaign Kick Off Rally for the senatorial bid of independent candidate and former Senator Bam Aquino at the Dasmarinas City Arena in Cavite.

Parokya ni Edgar, Bayang Barrios & Naligayan Band, Nica Del Rosario, Elmo Magalona, Arkin Magalona, and The Sun Band entertained the jampacked crowd, while Robi Domingo, Alex Calleja, Pinky Amador, and Mara Aquino hosted the event.

AC Soriano, Lorraine Galvez, Zion Aguirre served as livestream hosts with celebrities Sharon Cuneta, Bea Binene, Rita Avila, Direk FM Reyes, and Pia Magalona in attendance to show support for Aquino.

Influencers Andrei Hermida, Enzo Bonoan, and Justin Dizon were also present during the star-studded event that jumpstarted Aquino’s 90-day campaign for a Senate seat.

Bam Aquino is gunning for a Senate seat, running on the platform of expanding the Free College Law to cover more students and ensure that the subsidy for other school expenses under the law is provided. He has also committed to push for guaranteed employment for Filipinos.

The former Senator expressed confidence that his numbers will pick up once his campaign volunteers intensify their campaign in various parts of the country.

“Naniniwala kami na gaya rin nang dati, gaya noong 2022, nagsimula noong kampanya, pasimula pa lang but by the end of the campaign nayanig iyong buong pundasyon ng politika sa Pilipinas” Bam said, referring to the presidential campaign of former Vice President Leni Robredo in 2022.

“Iyon rin ang makikita po natin. Mula ngayon for the next 90 days lalabas ang mga tao at makikita nila na maganda tayong alternatibo,” he added.
