Movie Review: "The Fault in Our Stars"

"The Fault in Our Stars" is a film that is filled with emotional scenes hitting your mind and heart with joy and loneliness while filling your soul with the promise of forever. The start of the film has given the viewers an intimate view into the lives of people who are suffering from cancer. It has also shown us a glimpse of the challenges and common misunderstandings of people who are sick and the people that care for them. Watching the film will give you a strong punch of deep sorrows and tickle your heart with warm and playful sweet scenarios. Looking at the night sky filled with stars wouldn't be the same after watching this film. The word "okay" and "infinities" would mean several other things that would make you smile and frown depending on the scenes that flashbacks in your mind.

I love how the story focused on three points in the story and kept the plot interesting all throughout. It has given us a clear view of how a cancer patient feels toward herself. It also shared with us what love can do for people who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. The different reactions and thoughts of family, friends and special someone of the people who are sick were also given importance in the film. The film discusses the mortality of us all and how can we make infinities on the ordinary moments that we have in this journey called life.

"The Fault in Our Stars" is a movie that went beyond my expectations. A movie that I wouldn't mind watching over and over again (though a box of tissues would be needed, every single time). Try to watch it with friends, family and/or your special someone.
