'Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi' Movie Trailer and Plot Summary

After the success of Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo and Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo, Jose Javier Reyes is up with another movie about weddings and relationships. This time, he is taking it up a notch and will tackle another relationship issue, annulment.

Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi movie is about two cousins portrayed by SM Cinema's Box Office Queen for 2011 for My Amnesia Girl, Toni Gonzaga, and Cinemalaya's Best Actress for Ang Babae sa Septic Tank, Eugene Domingo. These two cousins are in opposite stages of their love journey.

The first working title of Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi movie is Kakasal, Kakalas which can be seen in the movie trailer. Perhaps the working title is too closely related to the two previous movies of Jose Javier Reyes that they need to change it to something new.

Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi Plot Summary/Synopsis

The story of Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi movie is about two cousins in different stages of their love journey. One is trying to end her marriage and the other trying to get married. Together they will discover and rediscover the most important lessons on staying married and getting married. Belay (Toni Gonzaga) is an excited bride and Precy (Eugene Domingo) is an exhausted wife.

Precy has been married for a long time and has had enough of the married life because of problems and misunderstandings with her husband (Wendell Ramos).

On the other hand, Belay is a meek and conservative town girl who became a Japayuki. Now she is very excited about marrying the man of her life (Zanjoe Marudo).

Can Precy convince Belay that marriage is not worth it? Or can Belay show Precy that there is still chance for real love and happiness?
